Get Out of That Pit Scripture Prayers

Get Out of That Pit Scripture Prayers

Each day before you begin to cry out, confess, and consent, get in the habit of echoing Christ’s approach in John 11:41b-42, where He said,

Father, I thank You that You have heard me. I knew that You always hear me.

Nothing causes us to lose confidence like a season in the pit.

In order to strengthen your confidence in God and in the welcome you have before His throne, begin each day’s Scripture segment by stating your absolute certainty that He hears you when you pray. Say something like this:

Father, Your Son died and rose again to give me direct access to You. at means I can pray like He prayed. In His name, I thank You in advance that You always hear me. I know You are listening to me right now and that my prayers always matter.

Then proceed.

God, You arm me with strength and make my way perfect. You can make my feet like the feet of a deer; You can enable me to stand on the heights. You broaden the path beneath me, so that my ankles do not turn. — 2 Samuel 22:33–37

Nothing is too difficult for You, my God. — Genesis 18:14
