Summer is supposed to be the season of relaxation and fun but strangely, we can find ourselves more stressed out than ever! Schedules are different. Kids are out of school. Summer programs fill the calendar. It's easy to take care of everyone else and forget to take care of ourselves!
But, none of us is capable of filling from an empty cup!
Friends, let's take time to refresh and renew this summer. It doesn't have to mean a full week vacation in the Bahamas, either (although that would be nice!). Self-care can start simply with daily practices:

Those habits do wonders to calm anxiety, remove worries, increase gratitude, and connect with Jesus, the Renewer of our souls!
