Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. — Matthew 5:4
Loss and Grief
Grief comes to all of us. Everyone goes through pain, difficulty, trauma, accidents, and losses that rock us to the core. Loved ones are suddenly thrust into crisis and bereavement. Neighbors lose jobs. Friends have miscarriages. How do we deal with our own grief? And, how do we help those we love through their heartbreak?
The good news is that God doesn't leave us alone in our grief. The Holy Spirit is our comforter. We can walk through suffering with Jesus as our anchor and hope!
In the depths of grief and trauma, turning to faith and relying on Jesus can be an incredibly comforting and healing journey. He's the anchor in a stormy sea (Hebrews 6:19). When you're overwhelmed by the weight of sorrow, the knowledge that Jesus understands your pain can provide peace beyond understanding. His words and His presence offer a guiding light through the darkest of times. He's holding your hand, whispering words of reassurance, and gently leading you towards the supernatural healing that only He can bring.
You're not alone in your struggle. With faith in Christ, even the deepest wounds can eventually find healing and renewal.
We've curated these books for you during your hard times as well as for gifts for others to help them in their times of loss and pain.
