Preparing for Lent

Preparing for Lent

Editor’s note: While the tradition of Lent and fasting (or giving something up) is not traditional for most evangelical Christians, there is a growing interest among many believers to use these weeks before Easter to draw closer to Christ, remember His sacrifice, and ready our hearts to celebrate His Resurrection!

This year, Lent will be observed from Wednesday, February 22 – Thursday, April 6. April 7 is Good Friday and April 9 is Easter… Resurrection Sunday!

Here are some books that will help us prepare our hearts and minds to truly rejoice on that wonderful day!
