Renew your strength and move beyond your faults and failures as you step into God’s healing love.
What if our brokenness didn't define us? What if we could get beyond it somehow— let go of the past, with its failures and mistakes, let go of the pain—and rise above it?
At one time or another, we've all had to come face to face with defeat. We look around us, we look in our own mirrors, and we find we consistently come up short. We battle feelings of guilt, failure, frustration, unworthiness, hopelessness, and despair.
But take heart! God loves you just as you are—in all your brokenness. And even better? He also loves you too much to leave you this way. He has something better for you: redemption, hope, and healing. God calls you to rise and renew. The Bible tells us God gives us "a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair" (Isaiah 61:3 NIV).
