Have you ever experienced the disconnect between what you believe in your head, feel in your heart, and experience in your body? Have you ever felt as if some part of your physical or mental health is "broken" and you just can't get on track? If so, you are not alone.
The Body Teaches the Soul is a six-week Bible study that will introduce you to habits that address both your body and soul. Through forty-two days of practices, you will:
- be encouraged in how to "garden" your mind;
- build rhythms for eating and sleeping;
- engage in physical exercise;
- stay connected to God and others in an increasingly distracted world; and
- celebrate the life you have in the present as you look to the hope you have in the future.
