    Nancy Vienneau is a “recovered” caterer turned food writer and activist living in Nashville, Tennessee. She began cooking professionally in 1980. Twenty-five years and ten thousand cream cheese brownies later, she sold her catering company. Now she works in her community promoting local farmers, urban gardens, healthy affordable cooking, and food security. While Third Thursdays are devoted to potluck, most Fridays you’ll find her cooking at Second Harvest Food Bank.Food is at the heart of her stories and poetry.
