Todos tenemos una historia, cada familia está configurada de forma única y especial por toda una serie de recuerdos y vivencias, que conforman nuestro sentido de identidad y pertenencia. Nuestra historia está marcada por el testimonio de nuestra propia experiencia como hijos y en la gran mayoría de los casos también como padres. Este libro se estructura en tres partes principales: recibiendo, modelando, enviando. La idea principal en esta estructura planteada, es mentalizar a los padres de que los hijos no son nuestra propiedad, son regalos y encargos divinos que recibimos de Dios con la responsabilidad de modelar y consolidar principios de educación y formación en valores, que constituyan una lanzadera sólida, para enviarlos a un mundo hostil equipados con las herramientas adecuadas.

SPANISH EDITION: We all have a history. Each family is configured in a unique and special way by memories and experiences that constitute our sense of identity and belonging. Our history is marked by the testimony of our own experience as children and, in the great majority of cases, also as parents. Life molds us and shapes our character using light, but also shadow, laughter and tears. It’s the crucible of marriage and family, the ideal place where our family imprint is forged and the seal of our own generational heritage is created.

This book is structured in three main parts: receiving, modeling, sending. The main idea in this proposed structure, is to help parents grasp the concept that children are not our property, they are gifts and divine commissions that we receive from God with the charge to model and consolidate principles of education and to form values that constitute a solid base for sending them out into a hostile world, equipped with the right tools.
